On September 13th, 2008, My very close friend and National Competitor Darrell Terrell put on his 8th Annual Total Package Bodybuilding Show and Hot Body Contest. It was held at the very intimate University of Central Oklahoma to a standing room only packed house. This contest always brings out some great newcomers to the stage and this year was no exception. The competition was fierce! Always talented MC Jon Messiah kept the crowd pumped up! Newly added to the show this year was the Hot Body Contest (which I was fortunate enough to get to help judge). This was added to draw interest of people who don’t really know what bodybuilding is about but work hard to maintain a fit body. Guest posers include ME!, and the always awesome IFBB Pro Kim Perez as well as retired (but still large and in charge) Don Long. As usual DT put on a show that was great for the viewing crowd and an extra special experience for the competitor!
